Michelle is a director in our Transportation and Services Practice, based out of Dallas, Texas.
With more than 20 years of experience in transportation and supply chain, her expertise spans internal audit, market research, intermodal sales, rail pricing and demurrage mitigation for a Class 1 railroad, shortline and 3PL logistics provider. Michelle excels in understanding and evaluating complex processes and collaborates with key stakeholders to develop efficiency improvement and cost-saving solutions.
The key to success lies in the willingness to listen and learn from those on the ground. By understanding their pain points, we can collaborate on solutions and develop a communication strategy that ensures all levels of the organization are informed, engaged, and working toward the same goals
Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, Michelle is a first-generation college graduate. She received her undergraduate degree in Corporate Finance from St Mary’s University and her MBA in Strategic Leadership from the SMU Cox School of Business.
In addition to her role at Oliver Wyman, Michelle and her husband own a small hot shot trucking company in Dallas Fort Worth. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, boating, and fishing with their blended family of six.
