With an extensive background in the aviation space, he brings a wealth of consulting and industry experience to help his aftermarket clients in solving their most complex problems.
Matthew joined Oliver Wyman in 2024 following the acquisition of his previous firm, SeaTec Consulting. Over the past 15 years, he has focused on the maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) sector, helping aftermarket providers, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and airlines develop and execute successful competitive strategies. In addition to his consulting expertise, Matthew has worked at a large airframe and component MRO, where he led merger and acquisition (M&A) activities, successfully acquiring numerous companies.

Outside of work, Matthew enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, exploring new cities around the world whenever possible. He is an avid road cyclist, often venturing outside of London to discover new areas. Matthew also has a passion for rugby, which is well-suited to his home in Twickenham, known for its rich rugby heritage.
