Matt is a senior manager of our Actuarial Practice, based in Chicago.
He brings with him more than 14 years of experience from the insurance carrier side with Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance and Zurich. He has supported a variety of products and insurance schemes, but his primary focus has been on the medical malpractice space.
His work involves analyzing large accounts, conducting pricing studies, and measuring impacts of trend shifts and legal changes for both US and international portfolios.
While change can add uncertainty to a client’s risk profile, it also presents an opportunity to proactively evaluate strategies for risk management. I’m here to help clients distill evolving influences on risk to into impact measurements and analyses that are easily understandable and actionable
In his free time, Matt enjoys watching sports, spending time outdoors, cooking, and gardening. He is married with a daughter and son. His children’s recent discovery of Harry Potter has rekindled his interest in the series.
