Luis is a Partner based out of Oliver Wyman’s Dubai office with over 20 years of experience in the technology sector. Prior to joining the firm, he held executive positions with leading ICT players, worked as a direct advisor to board members of key European technology groups, and was an entrepreneur in the digital economy space. Over the past decade, he has advised the top 20 Gulf Cooperation Council firms in the ICT and telecom space.

His experience working across all continents allows him to easily adapt to different working styles and cultures. Over the years, he has helped domestic technology groups become international leaders across multiple business lines.

Luis earned his MBA from Columbia University in New York and holds an additional degree in Economics. He speaks English, German, Spanish, French, and Portuguese.
