Lucia is a Financial Services and Customer Strategy partner in Oliver Wyman’s New York office. She has over 20 years of experience in strategy consulting and has worked in the United States, Canada, Australia, and the Caribbean. Throughout her career she has advised a broad range of clients on topics spanning business strategy, innovation and incubation, deep consumer insight, experience design, client and product profitability, customer value management, new product development, customer acquisition, cross-sell and retention, value proposition design, sales force and distribution management, and marketing analytics.
Lucia is also part of Oliver Wyman’s in-house think tank, The Oliver Wyman Forum, where she co-leads the Forum’s “Global Consumer Sentiment” initiative. She has been a lead author on multiple recent major publications on emerging consumer and workforce trends and human archetypes, including Renaissance 2022: The Thinkers, Dreamers, and Doers Shaping Our Future, and A-Gen-Z: What Business Needs to Know About the Generation Changing Everything.
She is the originator of Oliver Wyman’s proprietary “Honeycomb” demand insight tool, which supports innovation and accelerates value proposition design via a demand-based mapping of the “business to consumer economy” achieved by studying the underpinning human needs fingerprints of over 300 different commercial occasions spanning all verticals.
Lucia holds an AB degree from Harvard College, where she was graduated with an Honors degree in Social Studies.
