With more than 20 years of experience, Lubasha works with asset management and retirement clients on strategy and transformation, culture and change management, and strategic partnerships.
I believe the quality and depth of the work we bring to clients is so important, and I have a high bar for that. It is rewarding to paint a picture of the future with the clients and enable them to translate the vision into strategy and specific steps to make it become a reality
Lubasha previously specialized in asset management and retirement as a Managing Director and Partner at The Boston Consulting Group. Originally from Barcelona, she is fluent in English, Spanish and Russian, and has a substantial understanding of German and Ukrainian. Lubasha holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a BSc and MSc in business administration from ESADE, and a CEMS master’s in international management from the London School of Economics.
Outside of work, Lubasha enjoys spending time with her family and children. She’s also a self-challenger, constantly trying new sports and pushing her limits. A former competitive ballroom and Latin dancer, she is an avid hiker and climber. Her love for running led her to compete in marathons, then Ironman triathlons, and now she’s taken on the challenge of ultramarathons.
