With nearly a decade of strategy consulting experience, Lionel has helped numerous C-level executives in setting their strategic ambition, assessing the market potential and competitive dynamics of their industries, and constructing compelling business plans. He also regularly advises private equity funds on due diligence, target screening, and value creation plan exercises.
