Linda is a director with Innopay, a business of Oliver Wyman focused on digital transactions.

Linda has more than 25 years’ experience managing strategy projects across Europe and Asia, both as external consultant and internal strategist. The last 15 years, she has been specializing in financial services, banking, and payments. Her achievements include creating a business case and business model for a new European payments scheme, developing a European payments strategy for a leading bank, designing and implementing a Europe-wide system to measure payments performance, and driving investment, divestment, and integration decisions.

Linda is passionate about helping companies navigate a rapidly evolving environment in which regulations, customer needs and the competitive landscape are constantly changing. She enjoys translating complexity into simplicity resulting in achievable strategies, easy to understand solutions, and realistic implementation plans with a strong focus on stakeholder management.

Before joining Innopay, Linda was a member of the management team of EPI and Head of Payments Strategy at a leading European bank. She also worked as an internal and external strategy consultant. She has a master’s in applied physics from Delft University, a master’s in business economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam, and has also completed a one-year program in Japanese business, culture, and language.

In her spare time, Linda is a tea sommelier (in training) and yoga teacher. She loves spending time outdoors hiking, cycling, or diving and has traveled extensively, largely by train.
