Leticia is an engagement manager within Oliver Wyman’s Government and Public Institutions Practice.
Specializing in the intersection between public policy and financial services, her clients include central banks, policymakers, financial institutions, and investors, consulting them on financial stability, crisis management and economic development, as well as broader strategy topics such as evaluating investment decisions, private equity, and redefining operating models.
Working with clients from both the public and private sectors, I’ve been able to witness the impact the financial industry has on our society, and the relevance of financial regulation in our day-to-day life. Growing up and working in multiple countries, Leticia has a multicultural mindset and appreciates the power of diversity. She has an MBA from INSEAD and a dual degree in Business and Laws from IE university. She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
