Leslie P. Rehbeli (Les) is a Partner and head of the Toronto, Ontario office of the Actuarial Consulting Practice of Oliver Wyman. 

He specializes in actuarial consulting to life insurance companies, banks and investors in the areas of financial reporting, capital planning, risk management, solvency testing and business appraisals.  Les provides senior level corporate actuarial services to clients with life, disability, annuity and segregated fund insurance portfolios, including serving as the Appointed Actuary for some clients, performing peer reviews, appraisals and general risk management functions. 

In addition to these traditional actuarial services, Les has been involved in advising financial institutional clients with respect to the pricing and valuation of several Life Settlement transactions in the US

Les is a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, and has been consulting with Oliver Wyman since 1997.
