Lachlan is a principal in our Government and Public Institutions Practice, based in Canberra, Australia.
With more than a decade of strategy consulting experience in Australia and the Americas, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. As the local police and law enforcement lead, Lachlan has supported clients in navigating complex problems and enhancing their organizational efficiency. He specializes in capability development and investment, organizational effectiveness, operating model review and design, and corporate service reviews. These skills are often used in his work for large-scale transformation and reform projects.

Lachlan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Economics and Commerce from the University of Canberra.
Outside of work, you may find Lachlan spending time with his expanding family, trying to perfect his pizza dough recipe, hitting the ski slopes, working out in the gym, or rowing on Canberra’s Lake Burley Griffin.
