With more than 20 years of experience, he has a deep background in software and data engineering, complemented by his extensive knowledge of energy trading, commodity management, and hedge funds. He is also well-versed in the financial regulations of the CFTC and NFA, holding the Series 3 (National Commodities Futures Examination) and Series 30 licenses.

Reginald holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science and Applied Statistics from the University of Houston, and a Masters in Finance from Harvard University.
Outside of work, Reginald serves as the executive director of the Blackwell Institute for Applied AI, where he promotes artificial intelligence education for underserved communities; empowering individuals with the skills needed to thrive in a technology-driven world. He also serves as a technology advisor and mentor to aspiring tech entrepreneurs in the greater Houston area.
Reginald is married with two children, and is actively involved in his church community, contributing his time and expertise to various initiatives.
