Kerry is a partner in Oliver Wyman’s Insurance and Asset Management team, based in London.

She specializes in helping life insurance, wealth, and asset management organizations transform and grow their businesses, with a strategic focus on climate and sustainability. She also brings a wealth of knowledge and experience across ESG, strategy, investor relations, business transformation, demerger transactions, and finance change.

Prior to joining Oliver Wyman, Kerry served as the director of Group ESG at Prudential plc, where she was responsible for the ownership, delivery, and embedding of the Group's ESG strategy. She led the process to set their net zero commitment, interim carbon reduction target, and coal policy. Kerry also played a key role in shaping Prudential's approach to climate transition and delivered their first climate transition plan.

With a strong background in global insurance companies, Kerry has worked closely with boards and executive committees, playing central roles in demerger transactions such as M&G plc from Prudential plc and Quilter plc from the Old Mutual Group.

Kerry's 16 years of experience within life insurance corporates have given her a deep understanding of the industry. She has a remarkable ability to identify strategic goals and opportunities related to climate and sustainability issues, and to create, align, and implement solutions. She is known for her relentless focus on delivery and her ability to overcome challenges. She collaborates closely with clients, leveraging her understanding of their issues and experiences.

Outside of her professional life, Kerry enjoys running and exploring the theaters and exhibitions in London, as well as discovering the quiet corners of Suffolk. She is a chartered accountant and holds an LLB in Law and French from the University of Edinburgh.
