Katharina is a principal in our People and Organizational Performance and Energy and Natural Resources Practices in Munich.
With more than eight years of experience in strategy consulting, she advises clients in a range of industries across Europe. Her focus areas include people strategy, strategic workforce planning, and organizational and leadership culture. She specializes in translating strategic topics into the “people perspective,” which requires a combination of analytics and expertise in psychology and executive coaching.
Even the best strategy can only be brought to life if it is operationalized effectively. Do the employees know about the objectives, are they able to support them, and do they want to? This means that communication, enablement, and motivation need to interlock
Katharina studied psychology at the Julius-Maximilians-University in Würzburg (MSc) with minors in computer science and modern Chinese. She has completed numerous additional trainings in coaching and psychotherapy, including a graduation in executive coaching from the German Academy of Psychologists.
She is an active member of the Professional Association of Psychologists, the Business Network of the German National Academic Foundation, the Rotary LEAD Fellowship, and the German Hypnosis Society.
In her free time, she enjoys tending to her garden, planning and hosting events, and going hiking.
