Kapil is a Principal in Oliver Wyman’s Digital Practice based out of Sydney, Australia. He has over 17 years of experience across multiple industries and sectors in Australia, India, and the US. Kapil’s work has most often focused on strategy formulation, large scale transformations, technology operations, risk management, and data and analytics.
It was during the school holidays in grade 6, when I first learned to code in C and FORTRAN, and ended up assembling my first PC from scratch shortly after. My interest in learning new technologies has only grown since then.
Complementary to his experience across three consulting firms, Kapil held multiple roles at a large Australian bank including heading the strategy and execution for risk data analytics, managing the risk strategic portfolio, and leading execution of a number of high-profile group-wide strategic and regulatory initiatives. Through this experience, Kapil has gained an intimate understanding of navigating a large, complex, multi-stakeholder organisation to deliver tangible business and regulatory outcomes.

Kapil holds Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology.
