Kai is a partner based at Oliver Wyman’s Zurich office.
Kai advises bank and asset management clients in and outside Switzerland. He specialises in the development and implementation of growth strategies, operational transformation, as well as risk and compliance-related topics. Over recent years, Kai’s focus has in addition increasingly turned towards climate and sustainability and in particular net-zero alignment across the financial services industry.

Kai holds a PhD in Economics from London Business School. He has more than 10 years working experience in management consulting, as well as various client-facing roles and geographies within the Financial Services industry.
His interest for the financial services industry goes back to his childhood, wanting to follow a long family tradition in banking from an early age.
Kai has three children he loves spending time with. He keeps fit by rowing on Lake Zurich or by cycling in the Lake Geneva region.
