A Principal based in London, Jess supports across our public sector clients, primarily in the UK.

Whilst Jess supports across a wide range of public sector organisations, she has particular interest and expertise in Defence, Health, Foreign Office and International Development Departments. She has expertise in workforce transformation, operating model design and data driven policy development.

Jess is passionate about working collaboratively with civil servant, empowering clients to deliver sustained change in their organisations.

Jess is a Material Science Engineer by background. Prior to joining Oliver Wyman she completed her DPhil at the University of Oxford, working closely with the John Radcliffe Hospital and University of Malaya Medical Centre on a device to improve outcomes in paediatric maxillofacial surgery.

Outside of work Jess enjoys an active lifestyle, including wild swimming and hiking, more often than not accompanied by her husband and their dog.
