Heather is the global chief marketing officer (CMO) at Oliver Wyman Group, overseeing all marketing and brand building activities across the businesses.
With more than 20 years of experience in strategic marketing and brand management, Heather is recognized for her ability to integrate marketing expertise with corporate strategy, always keeping the client at the forefront.
Previously the CMO and director of business development at Lippincott, Heather focused on go-to-market strategies, evolving the Lippincott brand positioning and identity, launching a global thought-leadership platform, supporting the launch and growth of emerging capabilities in brand voice, experience innovation, organizational engagement, and driving sales success.

Prior to joining Lippincott, she served as vice president of marketing for WPP's Millward Brown unit. There, she spearheaded marketing and thought leadership initiatives in North America and managed several global marketing campaigns, including the launch of the influential book, “Grow,” written by Jim Stengel, the former global marketing officer of Procter and Gamble.
Earlier in her career, Heather worked as a senior conference producer at the Institute For International Research and led marketing communications for Elias Arts. She started her career as an editorial assistant to international best-selling author Gail Sheehy.
Heather has a Bachelor of Arts in English from Northwestern University and is a member of the American Marketing Association.
On a personal note, Heather is a proud mom of two boys, an avid music lover (she’s been to more than 100 concerts), and a passionate advocate for women’s leadership.
