Gonçalo, is an engagement manager in our Amsterdam office and works within our Retail and Consumer Goods Practice.
In this role, Gonçalo supports clients in their transformative journeys, offering expertise in strategy, revenue management, go-to-market, and performance transformation. His work spans across the consumer goods and retail sectors, addressing challenges throughout the entire value chain and uncovering new opportunities. Serving clients in Europe and beyond gives him a broad perspective and invaluable insights.

Gonçalo takes great pleasure in learning from the bright individuals at Oliver Wyman and our clients. He feels constantly energized by the day-to-day discussions he engages in, whether they're about work challenges or various topics from everyday life.
After completing his Masters in Finance and CEMS Masters in Management, Gonçalo joined Oliver Wyman in 2018 kickstarting his career in our Madrid office. He later transferred to Amsterdam for a change of scenery.
In his spare time, Gonçalo enjoys exploring the cultural scene in Amsterdam and has recently picked up road cycling.
