Gian Luca is a principal in the Private Capital Practice, based in our Milan office, where he supports the Leadership Practice and private equity firms.
In his role, Gian Luca is responsible for assessing investment opportunities, maximizing investments value, and improving the performance of portfolio companies.
His current focus is on further developing the fast-growing private equity business in Italy and South-East Europe, by partnering with the most relevant investors.

With over a decade of experience in the industry, spanning Industrial Capital Goods and Consumers sectors, Gian Luca is a seasoned professional. Over the past six years, he has served as a principal in Ferrero's mergers and acquisition team, overseeing acquisitions exceeding $7 billion in enterprise value across Europe and the United States.
Outside of work, Gian Luca loves traveling, snowboarding, and reading. Cycling keeps him busy during spring, currently with no outstanding results — but he’s working on it.
