Frances is a partner in Oliver Wyman’s Corporate and Institutional Banking and Digital Practices, based in the New York office.

An accomplished C-level banking executive with more than 25 years of corporate leadership and management consulting experience, her areas of expertise include boosting top line growth, developing partnerships and delivering on strategic initiatives globally for financial services and technology clients.

She advises executives and boards on matters of corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, divestiture, business restructuring, digital capabilities, tech modernization, new go-to market models, omni-channel customer experience, operational risk and performance, and data analytics.

Prior to Oliver Wyman, she held the role of managing director and CAO Operations for BNY Mellon. She also held executive leadership roles at various global management consulting firms.

Frances is a member of Oliver Wyman’s Global Digital Assets and Turnaround and Restructuring Platform Committees. She holds an MBA from the Wharton Business School, and a second Masters’ Degree from MIT. She completed her undergraduate work at the University of Michigan and holds certifications in the business applications of AI and Blockchain technologies from MIT.

She currently serves on two US corporate boards, and served nine years on the non-profit board of New York Cares. She is a 12-year member of the Executive Leadership Council (ELC). 

In her spare time, Frances enjoying getting involved with community service organizations. She loves traveling, has a passion for art and interior design, and stays active by playing tennis and walking.
