Fei is a principal in our Financial Services and Digital practice, based in Melbourne, Australia. She has more than 20 years of global corporate finance experience across investment banking, private equity, and fintech sectors.
Fei focuses on helping clients drive growth through customer insight, value proposition, innovative digital solutions combined with market analysis, and due diligence. With Oliver Wyman she has led numerous high stakes projects for clients covering due diligence to strategic reviews and customer insight analysis in order to validate investments, market entry, or future strategic priorities.
Additionally, having worked as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Fei has extensive hands-on experience in the corporate client leadership seat to build and structure the business’ finance functions, enabling rapid growth and scaling business performance to meet evolving customer demands.

Prior to joining Oliver Wyman, Fei was the CFO and Investment Director of PE Fund, Greenwich Capital Partners.
Fei holds a bachelor's degree in international business from The Flinders University of South Australia and an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau. She also has a Merchandise Marketing degree from FIDM, Los Angeles. Outside of work, you’ll find Fei on one of her morning runs by Brighton Beach with her three young kids in tow, practising Taekwondo as a third-degree black belt, or baking delicious high calorie desserts for friends or kids' birthday parties.
