Faye is an engagement manager in our Financial Services and People and Organizational Performance Practices, based in New York.

With experience in both the private and public sectors, her work focuses on regulatory landscapes, governance, and strategic transformation.

Since joining Oliver Wyman, Faye has helped clients improve resilience and performance, promote economic development, and undergo change. Having worked in several regions, Faye transferred to New York from Oliver Wyman's London office. She recently concluded a secondment at the World Economic Forum, where she focused on climate finance and policy enablement.

Faye has a passion for travel and enjoys learning about different cultures and people, as well as helping to share their stories. She has co-authored publications collaborating with international institutions, including SOE Listings — Is There a Business Case for Africa?

She holds a first-class dual Masters of International Affairs in International Economic Policy from Columbia University and Sciences-Po Paris, with a specialization in applied economics and policy. Additionally, she holds a first-class Master of Arts degree in Economics and International Relations from the University of St Andrews. Faye is fluent in English and French, with Arabic being her native language.
