My work comes from the heart. While I enjoy solving difficult problems, my primary motivation is to help the person I call my client. I recognize that the trust they place on me transcends business objectives and often impacts the person my client is, or who they aspire to be
Prior to Oliver Wyman, Eleanny was a managing director at BCG-X, where she led their Risk Management Practice. Before venturing into consulting, Eleanny was a practitioner in financial services, with leading roles across all three pillars of finance: regulatory, banking, and insurance. She served as a regulator at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, a vice president in capital markets at Deutsche Bank, and a director of risk and capital planning at AIG.
Eleanny attributes her professional achievements to her upbringing. As a first-generation graduate in her Hispanic family, she learned to push boundaries proactively, experimenting, failing quickly, recovering, and trying again, forging her own path. Her experience growing up in an underserved community taught her to be resilient, bold, and unlock potential with the resources at hand. Lastly, being raised in a single-parent household made her realize the value of family and the importance of striving for a sustainable future. These experiences have had a transformative impact, fueling Eleanny’s passion and commitment to her work and her clients.
Eleanny holds a BSE in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School. Eleanny has received various awards, including being named “One Of Fifty Outstanding Latin Women Of The Year” by El Diario La Prensa in 2004, and other professional awards such as the “Key To Purpose Award” in 2018 and “Women Resiliency Award” in 2020. She lives in New Jersey with her husband, their two young children, and their Pug, Charlie.
