Before joining Oliver Wyman, Doug was a managing director at Avascent, assisting clients worldwide to formulate portfolio and growth strategies, as well as pursue new program opportunities, and evaluate potential mergers and acquisitions.
Doug is a former defense reporter for Inside The Pentagon, where he covered the defense budget and acquisition processes and is a regular speaker on defense and national security issues.
Doug has a Bachelor's Degree in Government from Connecticut College, and a Master's Degree in US History from Georgetown University.
