Her expertise in strategy and revenue optimization within the UK retail and business banking sector provides valuable insights to our clients in the financial services industry. With a decade of consulting experience, Dominika has a deep understanding of deposits, consumer finance, SME lending, specialist mortgages, and embedded finance.

Dominika has successfully executed projects for leading UK banks. She has transformed deposit capabilities across product, marketing, analytics, and pricing. Her skill set extends to board-level strategic transformation and revenue growth. This applies to both financial and non-financial services clients. For the latter, her experience spans embedded finance and platform-led businesses, where she launched a partnership-based seller finance offering for a global marketplace. In the field of private capital, Dominika supports buy-side and sell-side clients on commercial due diligence and post-transaction work.
She holds a BSc in Economics from Warwick University and studied abroad at the University of California San Diego. She is fluent in English and Polish, and conversational in Spanish.
Outside of work, Dominika enjoys traveling, sports, and spending time with friends and family.
