His expertise lies in leading major transformation initiatives, where he has successfully guided clients in designing and implementing strategic frameworks to address the industry's most significant challenges. His work focuses on organizational realignment for improved performance and growth, optimization of operating and governance models, as well as driving cost transformation and restructuring efforts.
