Christopher is a Partner in our London Office and leads Performance Transformation in Financial Services, as well as our Financial Services benchmarking proposition that allows Financial Services companies to understand relative areas of inefficiency to support better decision making. He has 15 years of experience advising Financial Services executives on how to maximize value, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Christopher has worked with global universal and investment banks and market infrastructure providers throughout Europe and North America. This has included assignments covering strategy, business transformation, business integration, and cost sustainability.
Wage inflation, technology modernization, and regulatory compliance are constraining financial services companies' ability to invest in new digital business propositions. They need to simplify their core, create capacity and maximize their returns on investment to deliver incremental value for customers, shareholders, and employees.
Chris is passionate about partnering with banks to define and deliver transformation. This includes defining a winning operating model, identifying ways to operate more efficiently, modernizing technology, and aligning people behind a shared goal. He has seen firsthand the power that getting transformation right can have and the challenges of getting it wrong.
