With more than 20 years of aerospace and defense experience and involvement in scores of acquisitions, touching both pre- and post-deal aspects of these transactions, Chris brings a wealth of expertise to his clients.

Recently, Chris has been creatively combining commercial and operational diligence workstreams to provide his clients with a complete, end-to-end business model view. This approach is growing in importance as private equity firms, and other investors, seek value beyond growth and multiple expansion.
He also specializes in outside-in diligence work, leveraging his deep finance knowledge and prior work in equity research, to pre-position investors on high demand assets.
Chris is a CFA charterholder. He also holds an MSc in Corporate Finance (with Distinction) from the Henley School of Business, as well as a BA in Economics from Rhodes College where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
Outside of work, Chris spends time with his five-year-old fraternal twins and their older brother. Chris’ family of five packs up every summer and returns to France to visit family and friends, and crisscross Europe.
