Especially in a fast-moving industry like aviation, it’s important to balance analytical rigor with pragmatism on implementation – ultimately you want a solution that drives real, tangible outcomes
The landscape following COVID-19 has introduced numerous challenges for airlines, including changes in travel patterns, labor market dynamics, and external conditions. As a result, many airlines have struggled to return to their pre-pandemic operational performance levels. Increasingly, clients turn to Chris for his expertise in bridging the gap between commercial and operational functions. His guidance assists them in making more effective decisions that benefit the airline holistically, rather than focusing on isolated functional optimizations.
Chris holds an MBA from INSEAD and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University.
Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, skiing, and scuba diving. He also enjoys spending quality time with his family in Canada.
