Chris is currently a senior principal at Oliver Wyman Actuarial Consulting, where he specializes in Medicare Advantage, commercial, and other consulting projects. He joined the Chicago office in early 2024 and is based in Kansas City, MO.
Chris holds the prestigious titles of Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. With more than 15 years of experience in managed care, he has extensive expertise in various lines of business, including Medicare, Dual SNPs, Part D, Commercial, and ACA.

He has extensive expertise in various areas, including Medicare Advantage bid development and submission, Medicare and ACA risk adjustment operations, forecasting, and optimizations. Additionally, he has a deep understanding of commercial pricing and rate development, reserving, forecasting, and mergers and aquistions. Chris also has significant experience working with managed care organizations, developing pricing in risk arrangements such as joint ventures and expanding into new geographic areas.
Outside of work, Chris finds joy in spending quality time with his children, traveling, watching football, cooking a variety of dishes (including KC BBQ), and engaging in technological tinkering.
Chris pursued his education at the University of Missouri — Columbia, where he studied Physics and Mathematics.
