Charlotte is a recruiting manager at Oliver Wyman, covering France and Belgium.
With more than six years of experience, she joined the company in 2018, overseeing all aspects of recruitment, as well as streamlining KPIs and improving recruitment performance. She facilitates and maintains the relationship between the business and its target schools by organizing and animating all recruitment events including company presentations, case-cracking workshops, self-development training, and job fairs. Her main objective is to create the best candidate experience possible for top talents.

Charlotte is also the co-lead of Women at Oliver Wyman (WOW), a cause she is particularly invested in. Her involvement in WOW focuses on catalyzing Oliver Wyman’s ability to attract, develop, and retain highly talented women to unlock their potential to drive business performance.
