Brooks joined the Atlanta office of Oliver Wyman Actuarial consulting in 2019 and currently serves as a principal, primarily focusing on the Medicare Advantage Part D market.
As a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, Brooks has spent the past decade working in the industry. He has worked with a diverse range of healthcare clients, certifying Medicare Advantage Part D bids, and providing strategic guidance to organizations. His experience includes analyzing and evaluating several recent prescription drug legislative proposals, such as H.R.3, the Build Back Better Act, and the Inflation Reduction Act. This expertise assists MAPD organizations in assessing the associated risks and opportunities presented by each bill.

Brooks is an alumnus of the University of Georgia, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics.
In his personal life, Brooks relishes spending his summers away from the heat of Atlanta, preferring the cooler climes of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He is a passionate weightlifter and has won powerlifting titles in his home state of Georgia. Additionally, he enjoys the company of his pet tortoise.
