Anna is an Executive Assistant in Oliver Wyman’s Brussels office. She started her career at Oliver Wyman by joining the Warsaw office, where she worked with Principals and Directors from the UK, Sweden, and France. In January 2022, she transferred to Brussels, to take on the role of the Executive Assistant to Head of Belgium and engage in building the new office, with focus on office culture, office management and onboarding of new joiners.
My work is about organizing the logistics of the day-to-day working life of the Principals and Partners, enabling them to deliver their work in the smoothest possible way.
Anna has experience as co-lead of the Warsaw Mental Health Committee and a member of the European Inclusion, Diversity and Belonging Council. These experiences have prepared her for the role she currently has in Brussels: co-creating the new office and building its culture. Her ambition is to help to create an inclusive team culture and working environment where everyone can achieve their full potential.
Consulting is a dynamic industry, so being open, not afraid of last-minute changes and ready to look for creative solutions are inherent parts of my work.
As a supporter of equal rights regardless of one’s background, gender identity or sexual orientation, Anna often devotes her free time to initiatives focusing on gender equality and LGBTQ+ rights.
