Andrin's work encompasses three key areas. Firstly, performance transformation, which is essential for market actors to defend their position and lay the foundation for future growth. Andrin leads large-scale programs that focus on cost effectiveness and operational excellence. Secondly, he supports institutions on growth topics, leveraging industry trends such as ESG, digital assets/distributed ledger technology, data, and artificial intelligence. Lastly, Andrin has experience in post-merger integration (PMI), helping organizations harmonize services and operating models after a merger.
