A Principal based out of London, Andrew helps his clients to develop strategy and policy, improve their organizational efficiency and effectiveness, and deliver transformational change. He enjoys helping organizations and teams – primarily in the public sector – work better and achieve more of the right outcomes for less.

Andrew has spent over a decade at Oliver Wyman, including 12 months seconded to the Prime Minister’s Implementation Unit in the UK Cabinet Office supporting delivery of Prime Ministerial priorities and providing advice to Cabinet Ministers. He has also earned an MPA from Sciences Po, Paris, and prior to joining Oliver Wyman earned an MA in Geography from St Catharine’s College, Cambridge.

I take great satisfaction from knowing that the work I do supports delivery of improved outcomes for citizens – be that through stronger national defense, better healthcare, a more vibrant economy, a fairer society, or an improved environment

Believing strongly that every project must start with driving absolute clarity on the objective, Andrew approaches clients’ problems with an agile and humble approach. To those entering consulting, Andrew’s advice is to take the time to get to know your clients as people, not just as customers. “Aside from helping you achieve better business outcomes together, it will make your work a lot more fulfilling,” he says.

Beyond consulting, Andrew enjoys being outside and active. He sails, skis, and kitesurfs, and enjoys spending time with family and friends – particularly in the countryside, and on a Suffolk family farm. He is passionate about educational opportunity and social mobility, supporting Oliver Wyman’s efforts to drive positive social impact in these areas, and drawing great joy from his role as a Trustee of the charity Farms for City Children.
