Andreas Eggert leads our Health and Life Sciences practice in Europe and he is part of the global Operations leadership team.

Andreas has 25 years combined industry and strategy consulting experience. During his time in industry, he held various leadership positions in Operations in Europe and the USA, including day-to-day responsibility for manufacturing operations and supply chain management.

For the last 15 years he worked as a strategy consultant, where he advises Health and Life Science leaders around the world. Andreas advises his clients in a range of topics including strategy development, performance transformation, post merger integration, operational improvements, risk management and resilience, and structural transformations.

Andreas has been part of several industry shaping global corporate transformations, and he held global responsibility for supporting several of the largest mergers in the Pharma and Life Science industry.

Andreas holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration after studying at the University of Kaiserslautern in Germany, the University of Delaware in the USA and the Kyoto Institute of Technology in Japan.
