Alex is an associate in our Corporate and Institutional Banking Practice, advising and supporting clients on strategy, operating models, and transformation across global banking and financial markets infrastructure.
In this role, Alex has worked closely with global and European banks, guiding them through some of their most significant transformative milestones. These include strategy refreshes, target setting, compliance remediation, and optimizing operating models and legal entity structures. Additionally, Alex has supported leading financial markets infrastructure clients in developing their strategies, enhancing product offerings, and advancing data infrastructure initiatives.
Alex joined Oliver Wyman following nearly a decade as a molecular biologist, gaining experience in both academic research and biotech startups. He now applies the analytical, research, and problem-solving expertise honed during his previous career to help clients address their most complex challenges.

Outside of work, Alex divides his time between his two homelands, the UK and France, embracing the best of their nature, food, and wine. He enjoys traveling with his dog, Charlie, climbing, and sharing his passion for sailing through teaching.
