As the Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) Champion, he leads the RAP Committee to ensure the implementation of Oliver Wyman's RAP Commitment. Rama also serves as the sponsor for EMPOWERED Colleague Resource Group, enabling racial and ethnic diversity and promoting collaborative and safe workplace environment.
Rama's contributions extend beyond the workplace, including leading social impact projects like Happy Boxes to uplift indigenous communities. He mentors junior consultants from ethnic minorities and actively participates in initiatives to create indigenous scholarships.
