Nadja Toeller Named HERoes 100 Future Leaders Role Model

Oliver Wyman Associate, Nadja Toeller has been included on the HERoes Future Leaders Role Model List 2024. This recognition honors efforts to promote women's inclusion both in the workplace and beyond.

An active member of Women at Oliver Wyman (WOW), Nadja has made significant contributions to the recruitment of women talent, mentorship, and the promotion of women-focused programs within the Private Capital Practice. Recently, she joined the European and Global WOW leadership teams, where she influences global gender strategies, holds leadership accountable to targets, builds community, educates on health issues, promotes role models, and creates targeted training programs.

Outside of work, Nadja is a shareholder and member of the German women network Ten More In, which aims to increase the number of women CEOs within DAX and other companies. She serves on the expert jury of the German Founder's Award for students and will be featured in a German newspaper article on her development since winning the award herself.

Creating an inclusive workplace where women feel valued is more than a moral imperative. It is a true strategic advantage because it allows everyone to bring their authentic selves to work, fostering innovation and collaboration. I am happy I can contribute to that in my role at Oliver Wyman
