Deborah O’Neill Named Heroes 100 Executives Role Model

Oliver Wyman Partner and Co-Head of Digital for Europe, Deborah O’Neill has been named on the HERoes 100 Women Executives Role Model List. This prestigious list recognizes leaders who champion women in business and actively work to enhance gender diversity in the workplace.

Deborah is the executive sponsor of Oliver Wyman’s Digital Women's Network and one of the firm’s certified Inclusion and Diversity Champions. She has been instrumental in leading and sponsoring Oliver Wyman's inclusion in the Tech Talent Charter, which has resulted in increased data collection and monitoring of gender diversity progress, as well as a targeted female recruitment approach.

Since 2022, Deborah has championed Oliver Wyman’s relationship with WeAreTheCity and WeAreTechWomen, enhancing the recruitment of women to the firm through connections made at conferences and awards ceremonies. She serves as a visible and vocal role model for women within the firm and is the executive sponsor for WOW Digital, Oliver Wyman’s women in technology network, which supports women in technology careers and those transitioning into tech roles. Additionally, she acts as an inclusion challenger for year-end processes and recruitment targets.

Deborah's commitment extends beyond Oliver Wyman: she is a trustee for Leap Confronting Conflict and GirlGuiding UK, supporting digital transformation initiatives and opportunities for young women. She is also a strategic partner at FutureDotNow, part of the coalition of industry leaders focused on closing the digital skills gap, including advocating for a more diverse workforce.Deborah serves on the strategy steering board of the City of London Corporation's Women Pivoting to Digital Taskforce.
