This prestigious recognition highlights those who have made substantial strides in creating more inclusive workplaces and communities.
In his role as managing partner for Europe, Christian Edelmann has championed achieving a 50/50 female-to-male ratio for leadership appointments within the Oliver Wyman European team and played a pivotal role in revising the parental leave program.
Beyond these initiatives, Christian has taken significant steps to address menopause in the workplace. He has organized a panel discussion on the subject and is leading the development of policies to support employees experiencing menopause. As executive sponsor of Oliver Wyman Women's Network, WOW, he remains dedicated to creating a supportive environment that attracts, develops, and retains talented women, furthering his commitment to an inclusive and equitable workplace.
