We’re proud to announce that our senior consultant, Catherine Bock, has been included in the Heroes 100 Future Leaders Role Model List 2023. This recognition is for efforts in advocating for women’s inclusion, both within and outside the workplace.
Catherine Bock has been leading initiatives for International Women's Day, orchestrated panel discussions and interviews with high-achieving women tackling complex topics like income inequality and unconscious bias.
In her role as the Oliver Wyman for Society lead, Catherine advocated for and participated in a pro bono project with Dress For Success Perth. She worked with the team to develop their approach to social impact measurement, a move that will significantly enhance the organization’s ability to evaluate their impact and communicate this to funders. Catherine is passionate about volunteering and contributing to social inclusion beyond the firm, including cooking meals at Ronald McDonald House, and collecting hygiene products for remote indigenous communities via the Happy Boxes program.
