London-based Partner in the Oliver Wyman Forum is a winner of Year 10 of the Timewise Power

This award celebrates the UK's top part-time workers as seen in Management Today.

It celebrates Rupal who was promoted to her role as Financial Services Partner at management consulting firm Oliver Wyman while working 3.5 days a week. As well as her focus on environmental, social and governance issues, Rupal serves on the City of London's Social Mobility Taskforce, co-leads Oliver Wyman’s Social Impact practice and on Amanda Blanc’s Women in Climate Finance Action Group. She co-leads the Oliver Wyman Forum’s senior leadership community ‘Leadership Reimagined‘ of CEOs, chairs, board members and other senior leaders from the public and private sectors on shared challenges which have included the role of business in society, geopolitics, the impact of technology disruption. She is a Board Trustee at the Lullaby Trust and co-leads the International Women’s Day speaker showcase in the Houses of Parliament. Outside her working hours, Rupal has a strong focus on family.
