Stacey is a mum-of-two who co-leads the UK chapter of our employee network supporting racial and ethnic diversity (EMPOWERED) in an office of 600+ people.
In addition to her role as executive assistant to three Partners in our Financial Services business, Stacey has re-written the EMPOWERED UK strategy for 2021 to focus on recruiting new members and activating allies.
Stacey regularly engages with the most senior leaders of the business; as a Reverse Mentor and as a counsellor to the global leadership team, sharing with them her experiences as a Black mother of mixed heritage and her opinions on the firm’s direction.

Outside of her day job, Stacey has worked with the charity Victory Outreach for over 20 years, supporting people with life-controlling issues such as alcohol and drug abuse. She mentors women in weekly virtual meetings and previously ran a substance abuse recovery home in London.
