With a four-year track record of sponsoring Oliver Wyman's women's network, WOW, Christian Edelmann has been named on INvolve’s HERoes Women Role Model List as a Top 50 Advocate.
The recognition marks five years of gender parity in Oliver Wyman’s UK graduate recruitment and two years of Men4Change, which aims to increase the number of active male allies within and beyond the firm. Most recently, Christian has been leading conversations around intersectional issues, particularly the experiences of Black women and what white men need to do better to be better allies to them, specifically.

INvolve’s Advocates List focuses on senior individuals who do not identify as women, but who are dedicated to creating a more diverse and inclusive workplace environment for women. Inclusion on the list is based on a review of the influence of their role, their impact on gender inclusion and equality inside and outside the workplace, and their business achievements.
