Sepideh Bazazi from our London office has been named a 2020 TechWomen100 winner by WeAreTechWomen.
Sepideh is a member of Oliver Wyman Digital where her work focuses on data analytics and software development across multiple industries. She has developed a social listening application for the automated collection, sentiment analysis, and visualisation of news data.
Sepideh has also previously worked at fast-paced technology start-ups and completed a PhD in collective behaviour where she combined scientific experiments, theoretical models, computer vision, and computational statistics. She is passionate about the intersection of science, technology, and business.
She is a strong advocate for diversity in the workplace, and has devoted herself to a variety of initiatives, from recruitment, volunteering, and mentorship programmes.

The TechWomen100 awards are the first of their kind to focus solely on the female tech talent pipeline and to also recognise the impact of champions, companies, and networks that are leading the way for future generations of tech talent. The awards attracted 700 entries and WeAreTechWomen has identified a shortlist of 200 nominations.
