Jesper, a partner in our Private Capital Practice, has conducted more than 200 buy and sell side due diligence processes throughout his consulting career.
His work spans across Europe, with experience in locations, including London, Paris, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, and Stockholm. Primarily serving private capital investors in financial service and financial technology, he also collaborates with financial services and infrastructure clients.
Recently, Jesper has focused on the non-financial impact of our work. The private capital industry, like most other industries, is facing a new reality with increasing ESG standards and the lack of a well-developed uniform “language” to measure the non-financial results, contrasting the centuries-old methods of measuring financial results.
Initially, I saw consulting as a stepping stone, not a career. I even left briefly, only to return, energized by solving complex problems for high-caliber clients with real business impact. Clients value my well-thought-out solutions to their intricate challenges
Jesper holds an MBA from INSEAD, an LLM from the University of Copenhagen, and a BA in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School. His diverse career includes roles as an attorney-at-law and investment banker, serving similar clientele as he does now.
Outside of work, Jesper’s passions lie in travel and sports. He’s an avid diver, surfer, and kayaker, with a penchant for road cycling.
