Ziad is a Partner in our Public Sector Practice in the Middle East. He brings 20 years of experience leading major strategic engagements for cities and countries in the region. Ziad has provided strategic support on a wide range of socio-economic topics to senior decision-makers. He has also led multiple sectoral and organizational transformation programs to strengthen national resilience, increase organizations’ agility, and streamline service delivery.
Before joining Oliver Wyman, Ziad was a consultant at other top consulting firms and a researcher at the INSEAD Humanitarian Research Group, where he worked with humanitarian organizations and agencies to study and optimize their supply chains. In addition, he supports his commitment to developing economies by providing personal pro-bono support for several technology-driven startup organizations in Lebanon.
Ziad holds a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management from ISLI, France, and a Bachelor in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon.
