Loren is the head of marketing for the India, Middle East, and Africa (IMEA) region and also serves as our global lead for brand and marketing strategy.
Based in Dubai, and with a career spanning over 20 years, Loren brings a global perspective to her work. Hailing from South Africa, married to an Australian, and with two British children, her career reflects a multi-geography journey.
Loren believes that marketing is the engine that powers growth, and she is passionate about presenting solutions that genuinely solve client challenges. At Oliver Wyman, Loren leads a culturally diverse team across five countries, striving to create cut-through and brand standout with our most important audiences through multichannel marketing campaigns. She believes the IMEA region is the best incubator for a marketing career, owing to its unique entrepreneurial spirit, optimism, and ambition. Her leadership blends creativity with commercial acumen, always keeping a keen eye on the real impact and value marketing delivers.
Before joining the firm, Loren led global marketing for brand strategy and design firms, spearheading integrated campaigns for major international organizations, including a five-year partnership with Expo 2020 Dubai. She has built marketing departments from the ground up and mentors young professionals seeking a career in B2B marketing.

With a double major in journalism and English literature from Rhodes University, and having cut her career teeth on the desk of Africa’s biggest online newsroom, Loren is a natural storyteller. She has ghostwritten award-winning papers and perspectives, leveraging her editorial expertise to craft compelling narratives that elevate brands and drive engagement.
